ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Graduates or a professional qualification equivalent to that of a University degree recognized by UGC, in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PD).

Final-year students are also eligible to apply. Such candidates, if selected, will be admitted provisionally, provided they complete all requirements for the qualifying degree with minimum percentage and CGPA or its equivalent by the specified date. The percentage will be considered based on aggregate marks/CGPA awarded in qualifying degree examinations.

Candidates belonging to the OBC category must submit a photocopy of the category certificate in the prescribed format by Govt. of India issued after 31.03.2025 by a competent authority. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PD must submit the requisite certificate from a competent authority in the prescribed format by Govt. of India at the time of the Interview.

SHORTLISTING CRITERIA

Initial shortlisting of candidates, for sending the invitation letters for Interviews shall be done based on their performance in CAT 2025.

JEE or JEE (Adv.) qualified IIT Graduates with CGPA 7 and above on a 10-point scale will be exempted from CAT and will be directly called for a Personal Interview.

A common merit list shall be prepared on the basis of scores of selection criteria for releasing the offer letters.

Invitation letters shall be sent to the shortlisted candidates for Interviews through email. This information will also be available on the Institute's website.

Interviews are tentatively scheduled in March 2026 at IIT Roorkee, Greater Noida, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Kolkata.

Note - The number of seats available in the MBA Program is presently 95.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

The final merit for making offers of admission to the program will be based on their aggregate performance in CAT 2025, followed by an Interview and their Work Experience. Final-year students of relevant undergraduate programs who have completed the qualifying examination requirement can also apply. In case of non-availability of the mark sheet of the final examination at the time of the Interview due to delay in the announcement of their results, candidates may be allowed to appear in the Interview on the basis of their aggregate results up to a pre-final year in which the percentage should not be less than as specified above under essential requirements. However, they will be required to submit proof of having passed the qualifying examination with the required percentage or CGPA latest by September 30, 2026.
